FULL-BODIED FITNESS is a private Personal Training service based in Coleraine, led by Strength & Conditioning Coach Jason McLeister.

 

With over 20 years of experience, we provide professional 1-1 coaching for everyone from beginners to elite athletes.

 

Our expert training system combines aerobic conditioning, muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, and body composition, providing clients with maximum strength and LONGEVITY.
